360 range

Since 2008, there has also been a new edition of Walter Papst's first creation, the 360 wooden chair range from 1955. For this purpose, Papst had based it on the "archetype" of the chair: a three-legged stool comprising wooden components simply slotted together. He translated this concept, handed down from antiquity, into a completely new boardtype wooden chair that combined clear forms and lines with the very best in terms of craft workmanship. Until 1959, Wilkhahn produced
the chair in various sizes as a chair for adults and children before new materials took over and the chair was replaced by the range of children's furniture in polyester, also designed by Walter Papst.
